To identify an alert for a specific sensor without the alert name is simple. All you have to do is go to the "Alert log" to see a log of all the alerts that have been triggered for this specific sensor.

Here you can filter to as far back as a year or by "Alert Status". If you know the date and time of an alert based off of an alert notification, then you can find the alert that way and the click on "Alert Configuration" to be taken directly to the setup of the alert in question.
