Vergesense sensors only speak to the cloud once every hour if they are not detecting any readings. Any alerts that are set up to alert of an offline sensor for less than 1 hour will trigger erroneous alerts that are not true. Offline sensor alerts for Vergesense should therefore be set at 1 hour minimum - recommended higher
