Pipe Monitoring sensors need to have a minimum of 30 temperature readings collected before you can submit your offsets via the sensor configurations page. This typically takes about 15 minutes as Pipe Monitoring sensors take a reading every 30 seconds.

If it has been more than 15 minutes and you still can’t add your offsets, we would first recommend checking that your sensor is online. If it is offline, please try troubleshooting your sensor.

If you notice that your sensor is not recording temperature readings every 30 seconds, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Support team so that they can change the settings of your sensor to collect more frequent readings.
