Alerts Feed Walkthrough
To find the Alerts Feed you want to click on the Alerts tab as shown below.
This will take you to the Alerts Feed page with the Alerts Set Up tab right next to the Alerts Feed Tab. At the top of this page is where you can choose your filtering options. The options for filtering are: all time, location, sensor type, alert status (time sensitivity, acknowledged or unacknowledged)
From here you can also “Acknowledge All” alerts that have yet to be acknowledged
Next you have a summary of data that tells you how many total alerts an organization has, how many are unacknowledged, what the average response time is and a comparison to a previous period.
Depending on the chosen filter parameters, the summary data will change and the alerts feed will also update to show only the alerts that meet your filter criteria.
The Feed will show when, by who and at what time an alert is acknowledged. If an alert is not yet acknowledged it will remain blue until it is clicked on.
There’s also the option to acknowledge all the alerts of the day at once by clicking on the “Acknowledge All For The Day” in the top right corner of each day’s alerts.
By clicking on the “Alert configuration” at the bottom right hand corner of each alert, you can go into the alert’s settings and change the alert conditions.
