In the Infogrid Platform you can generate one-off reports or have scheduled reports sent to an email of your choice.

Remember: The sensor limit for reports is based on the amount of days you select. The algorithm calculates the sensor count (number of sensors) x the estimated daily events x the number of days as long as they are less than 800,000. The above algorithm is true if the estimated daily events are either 2,880 for temperature sensors, pipe monitoring sensors, average temperature sensors, desk occupancy sensors, indoor air quality and electricity sensors. All other sensors use 576 as their daily event value.

For example, if you select 5 pipe monitoring sensors, 1 humidity sensor and 3 air quality sensors for a report period of 30 days the "estimated daily events" will be 2,880 x 5 (for the pipe monitoring sensors) + 576 (for the humidity sensor) + 576 x 5 (for the air quality sensors). Or 17,856 daily events for the selected sensors. 17,856 x 30 (days) = 535,680, which is less than the limit of 800k.

Step by Step Guide

One-off or Recurring Reports from Folder View

  1. To begin you want to go to the Folders page

  2. Now go to the specific building folder where the sensors are located that you want to build a report from. You can also filter options by sensor type, this will bring up all sensors of that type in the folder.

  3. Once in your chosen building you can select the sensors whose data you want in the report.

  4. Now you’re ready to build your report. Click on the 'Build Report' button at the top right hand corner of the page, next to 'Delete Selected.' A pop up will appear, prompting you to choose between a one-off or for a recurring report.

  5. You will see that 'General sensor event report' will already be selected. Here you will need to add the report name, date range and the time zone.

  6. For a recurring report the only difference is that you choose how often it is sent out and what email it is sent to.

  7. Once you have decided what report you need you can click download or schedule

  8. When the report is ready there will be a small pop up at the top right hand corner informing you that the report can be downloaded.

  9. The report will be able to be viewed in excel, google sheets or any other similar application

One-off or Recurring Reports from Sensors View

  1. To build a report from the 'Sensors' view, you need to start in 'Sensors' view

  2. Next you will need to filter and select the location of the sensors you want in the report at the top of the page next to the search bar.

  3. Now you will need to filter the sensor type to be the type of sensor that you want the report for.

  4. Once all the filtering is done you then select the sensors you want the report for or you can select all by selecting the box at the top, next to 'Type.'

  5. Now you’re ready to build your report. Click on the 'Build Report' button at the top right hand corner, next to 'Manage Labels.'

  6. You will see that 'General sensor event report' will already be selected, so you can add the report name, date range and the time zone.

  7. For a recurring report the only difference is that you choose how often it is sent out and what email(s) it is sent to.

  8. Once you have decided what report you need you can click download or schedule

  9. When the report is ready there will be a small pop up at the top right hand corner informing you that the report can be downloaded.

  10. The report will be able to be viewed in excel, google sheets or any other similar application

Smart Cleaning Report

Scheduling your Smart Cleaning Reports can be arranged via the “Schedule Reports” section of the Settings page. If you have already scheduled any Smart Cleaning Report(s), then these are shown on the first page. If you need to edit your report, you can do this by selecting the building and choosing the appropriate report from the list:

To create a new Smart Cleaning Report Schedule, select “New Report”:

From the next screen, start by selecting a building, or floor that you would like to schedule this report for, confirm a time of day that you would like to schedule the report to send, choose a language, and enter any email addresses that you would like to receive the report. Finally, choose a page size, and select whether you would like your floorplan to appear on 1 page, or to be split across multiple pages.

Once you have completed all of the information, click “save” to save your report schedule. Your Smart Cleaning report will automatically be emailed to all recipients at the time that you selected.
