Floor Plan Widget:

This widget shows the real time status of your mapped sensors.

Desk Occupancy Heatmap

This widget shows you the desk occupancy per week and hour. It is calculated by dividing the total number of desk occupancy sensors used by the total number of desk occupancy sensors.

Proximity Count Widget (Door)

This widget shows you how many times a door has been opened. These are catagorized as events. The Total Events divided by 2 = people count

i.e. 100 events = 50 people.

Solutions View - Occupancy

When were my desk areas most used?

This visualization shows you the desk usage per week and hour. It is calculated by dividing the total number of desk occupancy sensors used by the total number of desk occupancy sensors.

Where was desk occupancy highest?

This visualization shows the desk occupancy of the building, floor and spaces ranked on either occupancy or utilization.

  • Occupancy Ranking - This is calculated by counting the amount of desks used as they are grouped by buildings, floors and spaces.

  • Utilisation Ranking - This is calculated by dividing the total number of desk occupancy sensors used by the total number of desk occupancy sensors, as they are grouped by buildings, floors and spaces.

How many people used my spaces?

This visualization shows the number of people using meeting rooms for the selected time range by showing the amount of time (in %) that each meeting room was occupied by x number of people. ** Please note space occupancy sensors are required for data to populate into visualization

How well utilized was each space type?

This viaualization shows the hourly utilization of meeting room and desk area space types in your estate. ** Please note this will only show sensors that are mapped to either a meeting room or desk area space type

What was the footfall at the thresholds I'm monitoring?

Here you can see the hourly change in total building or floor occupants as measured at thresholds and doors. ** Please note space occupancy sensors are required for data to populate into visualization. To monitor thresholds you need to use the 'Building entryway' label for the converted space sensors.

Solutions View - Smart Cleaning

Which were the most used restrooms and when?

This visualization shows you the restroom usage over time, and helps compare and contrast usage across different restroom spaces.

How many spaces needed to be cleaned?

This option shows which spaces need to be cleaned, broken down by space type, and understanding the completed cleans within the areas with sensors.

When did cleaning happen?

Shows completed cleans over time for all space types and how much cleaning is completed on an hourly/daily basis.

How did occupant sentiment change over time?

Provides peopleโ€™s feedback on a space and if thereโ€™s any correlation between occupancy/sentiment/cleaning activity, so cleaning teams can be scheduled efficiently.
