The Infogrid App has a number of ways for you to visualize your smart cleaning data. Our guide below explains each way that your Smart Cleaning data can be found and used.
What is Smart Cleaning?
Smart Cleaning is a technical solution for large buildings and estates that use discrete wireless sensors, cloud storage and the Infogrid platform to provide reports and alerting about cleaning tasks. It enables teams to target cleaning efforts to when and where they are needed most – giving cleaners and supervisors more time to focus on what they do best. Before we look at your Smart Cleaning data it’s important to understand what sensors are used for this solution.
Smart Cleaning Sensor Types
Smart Cleaning uses 3 types of sensor to gather information about a building and how it is being used. This data is then used to determine whether a room, space or asset needs to be cleaned.
Desk Occupancy (Desk Occ) | Desk occupancy to determine which desks need cleaning |
Touch/ Feedback Panels | Customer feedback. Are bathroom users happy, neutral, or unhappy with the cleaning? |
Door Proximity (Prox) | Understand patterns of bathroom and meeting room occupancy, and to set alerts if a bathroom is used frequently |
Ways to view your Smart Cleaning data
Smart Cleaning Building View Lens
To view only sensors associated with the Smart Cleaning solution you can toggle to the Smart Cleaning solution lens. This can be done using the “Overview” drop down found at the top left hand side.
Only sensors related to smart cleaning are viewable within this lens. All hubs are hidden but can be viewed via the Map or List view. Using the Solutions lens for smart cleaning you can easily see which desks, rooms, spaces, or floors within a building require cleaning. The threshold for when cleaning is required is set in your smart cleaning settings.
Smart Cleaning Report
The smart cleaning report is a daily report that is emailed to users providing a break down of the spaces and desks that need cleaning. Attached to the email is the floor plan, with spaces and desks needing cleaning clearly marked. This can be viewed on a device or printed off.
Solution Views: Smart Cleaning
The Smart Cleaning Solution View provides detailed insights that ultimately helps you understand which desks and spaces need cleaning, time saved cleaning, what’s being cleaned, and what occupant sentiment is, so they can make better decisions around the scheduling of cleans and improve staffing decisions.
You can filter your data by location or by a time frame like 24 hours or up to a month.
With Solutions Views for Smart Cleaning you can see insights for things like:
Estimated time saved on cleaning
How estimated time saved on cleaning is calculated
Desk and space cleaning
Occupant sentiment (feedback panels)
