1. Navigate to 'Properties" on the left-hand navigation
2. Select the dropdown arrow and choose 'Property Details'
3. Navigate to the 'Occupancy' Tab
4. Click the 'Add Occupancy Entry' button
5. Input the leased occupancy for your building. You can add past, present, or future occupancy, then click Save. Current occupancy will always be displayed at the top.
