Updating the credentials for the utility account is a simple process. It is very common that utility company websites change the login URLs and/or add more complex and strict login credential requirements with the intent of increasing the security and protecting the privacy of their users.
Without these credentials, we are unable to ingest bills from the utility company(-ies).

Here is how to fix this:
1. From the left-hand navigation, scroll until you reach 'Properties'
2. Select the dropdown arrow, choose 'Utility Sync', and confirm the correct property is listed at the top of your window.
3. Select the utility company name that shows Login Failure.
4. Make the necessary updates. (ie: utility account number, username, and/or password). Once the necessary fields have been updated, click on the SAVE button, in the top right-hand corner of the page

5. Select the BACK button and repeat this process with all necessary utility accounts.
*After updating your credentials, it may take 24-48 hours for the status to update.
