Adding Utility Accounts under your Utility Budgets

Adding a utility account is a simple process. You'll need to know your utility provider and utility account number. If you'd like to activate Auto-Utility Bill Upload you'll need to have your utility account user name and password as well as the URL for the page you use to log into your utility account given. Auto-Utility Bill Upload will all our system to pull bills directly from your utility provider. This is a quick, convenient, and secure way to import future and historic bills into Aquicore.

Navigate to 'Properties' in the left-hand navigation

Select the dropdown arrow and choose 'Utility Sync'

Click on the 'Add Account" to add a Utility Account.

Auto-Synced Utility Account


Follow the wizard to set up your utility account -

The first step is selecting if you want to create an auto-synced utility account or if you want to create a utility account by manually uploading your bills. If you select the Auto-Synced option, make sure that you have your utility account, username, and password as well as the URL. This feature will create a link between your utility provider and Aquicore to sync your bills each month. If you select the manual upload option, you can manually enter your bills each month.

To Create an Auto-Synced Utility Account, there are 4 steps to ensure you have everything that is needed for a successful sync of bill information.

Step 1: Enter your Utility Provider, the utility company's login URL, followed by account number(s) associated with that building. You will need to hit the Enter after each account number you add. Then, click 'Next'.

Step 2: Enter the credentials for your Utility Provider to create a sync. Your login information will not be shared for any other purpose. Then, click 'Next'.

Step 3: Select who should receive notifications when we receive your utility bills for the specific accounts given.

Step 4: Specify if there are any other buildings or meters associated with the account number(s) you have provided. This step is also where you would indicate if you are using our interval data solution and provide the meter number(s) for that. Then, click 'Next'.

You have created your Utility Account for your building!

Manual Utility Account Creation

To create a manual utility account, there are 3 steps to ensure you have everything that is needed.

Step 1: Enter your Utility Provider followed by the account number(s) associated with that building. Hit enter between each account number that you add. Then, click 'Next'

Step 2: For Services, select which service you have associated with the account(s) you entered in the previous step. Then, click 'Next'.

Step 3: Select the building(s) associated with the account number(s) given. Then, click 'Next'.

You have now created a Utility Account for manually uploading your bills!
