1. Select “Users” from the left-hand side navigation. You may need to scroll down on the side to view the user page.
3. Select the user you wish to adjust permissions on.
4. Make the changes you want, and select “Save” when done.
The property visibility field determines what properties a user has access to see data from. The default value for a user is “full visibility” which allows them to see all buildings in the portfolio. To limit what buildings a user should have access to, select the appropriate buildings from the dropdown or choose a building group.
A user's role determines what modules they have access to within the Aquicore product. You can see what modules each Role has access to, or create a new Role, in the “Roles” section of the Account Settings application.
