Load Analytics is designed to show you portfolio, building, and equipment level intelligence all in one clean and organized page.

Navigate to Load Analytics.

On your left-hand side, you will see a list of the buildings you can view on the graph.

You can change the metrics and/or utility being displayed on the graph.

The ENERGY BREAKDOWN, on the right-hand side, shows you the energy consumption in a pie chart or a list view.

On the left side, hovering over and clicking ONLY will isolate that one building. You are also able to drill into a building further by clicking the '>' symbol to the right of the property name.

You may also select multiple buildings to compare and contrast.

Use the options below (Range, Date Selector, Interval) to change the date range and/or data interval length.

You can see the Peak kW in this view in the chart and also under the ENERGY STATS, on the right side.

You can select the custom view to look at our peak day on April 11th. Click on the selector on the top left and select Custom.

Then, click on the Date Selector to open the calendar input window.

Select your desired days and hours, then click on APPLY SELECTION.

On the top right, you can change the data interval lengths to view the usage per 15 min, Hour, or Day. The options available may vary depending on the time frame you have selected.

You can use the Scheduling & Weather Overlays to help understand why the peak may have occurred. Then add a Utility Note to record your findings.

AQ Load Analytics makes it easy to see the performance of specific tenants and equipment within a building. On the top left, click on the Breakdown By dropdown to choose how you'd like to view your data. The options are Meter, Space, Uses, Source, and Tenant.

In this case, the breakdown by Tenant is shown:

Load Analytics offers more than just electricity monitoring. Click on Electricity in the top right, to change it to your energy type. We offer Electricity, Environment, Water, Gas, Heat Transfer, and Steam.

For reporting options, select the Report Manager button on the top right. Here you can then schedule reports, manage your reports, or export the graph data to a CSV.

The Schedule Report option allows you to create a custom report. You can customize the Report Name, Report Recipient, Report Format (PDF or CSV), and Report Frequency (immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly).
