Load Analytics is a powerful tool that allows you to both see and analyze utility data using various tools and functionalities.
Here are a couple of things to understand in Load Analytics:
You can view energy usage by meter, space, source, tenant, or how it is used (ie: HVAC).
By clicking the ONLY button, you can isolate one meter to view on the graph.
By clicking on the colors associated with the meters, you can choose multiple properties or meters to compare and contrast.
There are date & data interval options to change the date range and interval range of the data you are viewing. Depending on the period of time you have selected, the interval options available may vary.
You can also view your usage based on several metrics, such as KW, KWH, and so on.
Overlays (such as Scheduling, Weather, and Trends) provide context to your data and bring understanding as to what causes your energy usage to fluctuate. For example, by using the Weather Overlay on the graph below, we can clearly see the relationship between outdoor temperature and a building's energy usage.

Create a Utility Note by clicking and dragging over an area of the graph, to notate an event at your building that may have impacted your energy consumption.
Click on the blue icon in the upper right-hand corner to view, edit, delete, or share the Utility Note you've created.
