1: Select the Peak Demand Insights page
2: Since you have not set up Peak Demand targets yet, you will see a small text pop-up on the bottom right corner of your screen that prompts you to follow the link to Property Settings where you can set up your targets. Click on the link in the text pop-up.
3: You have now entered the targets module within Property Settings. To create your Peak Demand target, click the blue "Create" button in the upper right corner of your screen.
4: A pop-up window will appear on your screen. You will be prompted to select the year for which you'd like to set up a target as well as the type of target you'd like to set up (select 'Peak Demand' in this drop-down). Finally, you have the option to customize your own targets or have Aquicore recommend targets for your building by (de)selecting the green checkbox. Select "Create".
5: Populate the fields for each month with whatever value you'd like your building to stay under. Once the fields are populated, scroll to the top of the page and click the green "Save" button.
6: After you've saved your targets, navigate back to your Peak Demand page
7: You'll now see your Peak Demand targets are represented as a blue line in your Peak Demand Energy Insight. You and your team will strive to keep your building's peak demand under this target in an effort to reduce utility costs!
