What is it?

Aquicore Projects gives you a single pane of glass into all operational and capital projects across your building or portfolio.

  • Find fault corrections and persistent improvements using Aquicore’s AI and in-house building systems expertise

  • Prioritize projects and understand their impact on utility reduction, tenant comfort, and equipment reliability

  • Collaborate with our building systems experts to give your teams a boost

  • Report on progress across the portfolio with the click of a button

Getting Started

Log into my.aquicore.com and select 'Projects', under ACT, in the left-hand navigation.

Creating a Project

To create a project, click on the "Create Project" button on the left side of the page.

By default, new Projects will have Status and Priority pre-filled and will be automatically assigned to you.

Classify projects using the Project Category and Project Sub-category fields. This information feeds the Project Impact Widget on the Portfolio Overview Homepage, displaying the Project Categories that have had the greatest impact or energy savings (kWh) on your portfolio.

Review Projects

Aquicore continuously scans building data against a library of curated building efficiency projects. Our Building System Engineers (BSEs) surface these energy- and emissions-saving opportunities that match your building’s bespoke conditions and provide actionable steps for your onsite teams. Now we’re sharing their tools directly with you!

Projects are created:

  • Using Aquicore's AI, presented by the Aquicore Virtual Assistant

  • Through Aquicore Building Systems Engineers (BSEs)

  • Through your own onsite teams reviewing building performance

Projects surfaced by the Aquicore Virtual Assistant will be assigned to the onsite building engineer. If a building engineer is not in the platform, the project will be assigned to the Property Manager.

Managing Projects

Projects provide an easy-to-use interface designed to make it simple to manage, prioritize, and view the projects at your property or across your portfolio.

Kanban View

The Kanban view is designed to provide a project management lens into all projects going on at your property.

Projects can be dragged and dropped to reprioritized within a column so that everyone always knows what is the top priority to work on next.

Projects can be dragged to change status, so you can easily keep projects accurate and up-to-date.

Table View

The table view is designed to make it easy to compare projects and help set priorities. It's a great option for you if you're more comfortable and familiar with working out of spreadsheets.

Both the Kanban and table view have filters so you can drill-down to view just the projects you currently are interested in.

Collaborate

Comments

To help your team collaborate with each other and with Aquicore’s building experts, you can comment on Projects.

Tagging a user will send them an email notification containing the comment along with a link to the project. Users can be tagged by typing “@” followed by their name.

When an Aquicore team member comments on a project, they will have a “Pro” designation.

Notifications

When a new comment is posted on a project, the Project assignee and any users tagged in the comment will receive an email notification.

Empower your onsite teams to take action on energy conservation measures that optimize your current resources – and ensure buildings can quickly return to normal operations after a disruption with Aquicore Projects!
