To start using the Infogrid platform, someone in your organisation will need to have added you as a user in the platform.
Once you have been added as a user you will receive an email saying "Welcome to Infogrid!".
If you are installing devices, creating your password and logging in will be the first action you need to take.
Welcome email and first login
Check your email for an email with the subject “Welcome to Infogrid!”. This will contain instructions to set up your password. The email address that received this email is your username.
Click the link in the email to set your password (as shown below).
Go to https://app.infogrid.io/ and log in using your username (your email address) and new password.
Remember: The Infogrid platform is not available in older browsers like Internet Explorer. Make sure you are using a more modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari. See here for more information about browsers.
