Reset sensors
Ensure that the sensors being re-paired are powered on. The power switches should
show green.
Using a paper clip or other similar thin tool, press the reset button of each sensor as
indicated in the image below. The reset button is in a small hole to the left of the power
switch.
The sensors’ LEDs will blink yellow after reset.
Bring the sensors near the new Hive
Move the sensors close to the new Hive they will be paired to.
Pair sensors using Hive touchscreen.
Follow the below steps:
1. From the main screen, tap the lower half of the screen to go to the Sensor Manager.
2. Tap on “Add New Sensors” at the upper right corner of the Sensor Manager. On the
following screen, tap on “I Understand, Continue,” then on the next screen tap “Next.”
3. Wait for the Hive to find the sensors that are being added. This process may take a
few minutes.
Confirm that the MAC addresses shown in the list match those printed on the backs of
the sensors. Once all sensors have been found, tap “Next.”
4. Tap “Add These Sensors to Network” to add the sensors to this Hive’s network. This
process may take up to a few minutes.
5. After sensors have been added, tap “Continue” to return to the Sensor Manager
screen.
All sensors (previously connected + newly added) will now reconnect to the Hive, which
may take a few minutes.
