When your DT device has reached the end of its life or is confirmed faulty, we may ask that you recycle this instead of returning it.

Many recycling plants require that you separate out different materials to ensure that as much of the device can be recycled as possible. Please follow the below steps to ensure that your device as possible can be recycled:

DT devices are disposed of and recycled according to the Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive. The below guidance sets out the recommended steps that should be taken when recycling your DT devices.

Currently, all devices including any power cables should be recycled as "electrical waste". Many recycling centres have a separate bin for electrical products.
