This widget displays a visual graph of overall building comfort conditions over a specific time period. It enables you to monitor what percentage of time your building is within acceptable comfort ranges to identify trends and ensure occupant satisfaction.

Widget Setup

On the dashboard where you want to add a new Comfort Summary widget, click Add Widget and select Comfort Summary in the pop-up.

  • Building Selection - you can only select one building in this widget

  • Time Period - select a start and end date, or select one of the rolling options like "Last Month" that will update over time

  • Interval - configure to have no interval, daily, weekly or monthly

  • Title - stick to our default or create you own meaningful title

  • Only show days when ADM is active - when your building is leveraging the automated demand management feature, select this to closely monitor the comfort while load shedding

  • Show settings as a subtitle - this will display the building name on the widget

Widget Usage & Best Practices

On the summary view you will see the following features:

  • At the top, if you have selected to show settings as a subtitle, it will show the name of the building as a subtitle.

  • The definition of each color will also always be listed at the top, where blue is cold, green is normal and red is hot. By default, a zone is shown as cold when its zone temperature is less than or equal to 68°F, normal is greater than 68°F and less than or equal to 75°F, while hot is greater than 75°F

  • As shown in the screenshot below, when you mouse over the graph section, you will see the exact percentage of the building in each state for the period. This goes down to as granular as a day, or you can choose not to have any interval for your selected period.
