Custom Dashboards Overview

Custom Dashboards allow you to house the information that is most important to you in one place.

Navigate to a Custom Dashboard

  1. From the left-hand navigation, scroll to 'Custom Dashboards'.

  2. Click on Load More to view all of the available dashboards. The one showing in blue text is the active or current dashboard you are viewing.


Select a Default Dashboard

You can set the current dashboard you are viewing as your default dashboard by clicking on the kebab menu and selecting “Set As Default”.


Edit Your Dashboard

  1. At the top right, toggle on Edit Mode.

  2. In Edit Mode, you can change the arrangement of your widgets. Use the Move icon to drag and drop them where you'd like them to appear.


Edit or Delete Your Widgets

On the bottom right corner of the widget, select the pencil icon to “edit” or the trash can icon to “delete” the widget.

In addition, each widget will offer a set of different customizations and functionalities. Use this feature to experiment and discover which layout serves your needs best.

Here are some helpful setup instructions on some of our more popular widgets:


Add a New Widget

  1. On the top right of the page, with the Edit Mode “ON”, click on the ADD NEW WIDGET button.

  2. Select the + sign next to the widget you wish to add to your dashboard, then click on APPLY.


Most Popular Widgets

Graph Widget

Display weather, consumption, predicted energy, and trends over different periods of time. For details on configuring your graph read the Configuring Your Graph Widget guide.

Statistics Widget

For those looking for that one magic number, the stats widget is for you.
Display total consumption, and your peak for the month, or see the trend difference.

Table Widget

If you'd rather see numbers organized in a table instead of a graph, the table widget shows you very similar information to the graph widget but in the format of a table. You can also compare values across your entire portfolio of buildings. For details on how to configure your table widget read Configuring Your Table Widget.

Insight Widget

See progress against your target at a glance. The insight widget brings the analytics power of the Energy insights to your dashboard. For details on how to configure your insight widget read Configuring your Insight Widget.

Emissions Widget

Sometimes raw kWh savings will not explain the great work you are doing to everyone.
The emissions widget helps translate those savings into comparisons that can be easily understood by everyone.

Markdown Widget

Perfect for displaying general building information or any other text and images to help add more value to your dashboard.
