Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, since Aquicore is optimized for these browsers. Some users have reported issues while using outdated browsers like Internet Explorer.
Make sure your window has been expanded to fullscreen.
If the screen becomes unresponsive or it behaves in a way that is not how you expect:
Simply refresh the page by clicking the top left refresh button in your browser.
Alternatively, you might prefer to do a hard-refresh using your keyboard by pressing:
command + R if you have a macOS
ctrl + R if you have a Windows OS
