When using the Aquicore Platform, there are a few things you can do if you are experiencing minor hiccups.

  • Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, since Aquicore is optimized for these browsers. Some users have reported issues while using outdated browsers like Internet Explorer.

  • Make sure your window has been expanded to fullscreen.

  • If the screen becomes unresponsive or it behaves in a way that is not how you expect:

Simply refresh the page by clicking the top left refresh button in your browser.

Alternatively, you might prefer to do a hard-refresh using your keyboard by pressing:
command + R if you have a macOS
ctrl + R if you have a Windows OS
