How do I lower my CO2 levels?

CO2 levels rise and fall regularly indoors.

There are many factors that affect CO2 levels:

  • Ventilation

  • Amount of people in a space

  • Length of time in an enclosed space

To lower CO2 levels:

  • Try opening a window or a door to the room you are in to generate more airflow

  • Turn on the HVAC to circulate the air in the building
