What is the frequency of calibration per year?

The Sensors are using an Algorithm “Automatic Baseline Calibration” to keep themselves in check based on the ambiance baseline. That means that the device will auto-correct itself all the time so it is accurate all year long without the need for annual re-calibration.

For WELL certification, they have changed the standard to add “field calibration”. This is the method required once a year:

  • Infogrid will send you a new device

  • You will gather all devices and place them in a single room with the brand new Reference device

  • We will then analyse the data for 7 days

  • If we find devices that are not showing the same values as the field device, we will then push remote recalibration to fix

  • If that fails, we will replace the device on warranty

  • A report is issued and sent to you showing the devices are calibrated and it can be submitted to the WELL platform
