Dashboards allow you to have an overview of historic data for one or more sensors. You can create dashboards to visualize data from all of your sensors, should you wish, but also by building, floor, room, or any other grouping.

Step by Step Guide

Creating a Dashboard

Once you log in to Infogrid, click on the dashboard icon, on the top left, and then click โ€œadd new dashboardโ€.

Add Widgets to your Dashboard

To enable you to get started quickly and easily, we have created a dashboard library, where you can pick pre-built widgets that are specific to the use case you are employing.

Widgets are customized graphs that sit within your overall dashboard. Different widgets are relevant for different use cases.

Once you have added your dashboard, you are ready to add widgets to your dashboard using the "Add Widget" button.

Your specific use case will determine what widgets you add to your dashboard.

For more information on specific widgets please see the Dashboards Collection here.

Sharing your dashboard

Once you have created your dashboard, you can share it with any other users in your organisation so that they can also use it if you wish. If you'd like to share your dashboard with other users, start by clicking the 3 dots to the right hand side of your dashboard name:

Next, select "share dashboard":

Finally, you can share with everyone in your organisation as shown below. Alternatively, search for the names of the users that you with to share your dashboard with instead. Once you have all of the users that you wish to share your dashboard with added, click "save":
