A custom attribute is a property that is not defined within an equipment or building as a default one.

An equipment/building can have none, one or multiple custom attributes and that depends on each customer the way they decide to manage custom attributes on their equipment/buildings.

Each custom attribute will be persisted in the Mongo database as a regular tag. The name of the tag will have to start with custom. prefix (ie: custom.zone, custom.yearOfConstruction, etc).
