If you lose your password, it’s okay! Here is how to regain access to your Aquicore account.
1. Navigate to my.aquicore.com/login and click "Don't remember your password?" to start the process.
2. Enter your email and click 'Send Email.' You can click the arrow in the upper left-hand corner to revert back to the login page.
3. Check the email you provided in Step 2. You should have an email from Aquicore with 'Reset your password' as the subject line.
Follow the instructions in the email and click 'Reset Password' to be taken to a new page to create a new password.
4. Enter your new password in the fields. Note that your password must follow our security guidelines. Passwords must contain...
at least 8 characters; and
three of the following four types of characters: Lower case, upper case, numbers, or special characters.
Once you have created a new password that meets the security requirements, click the 'next' arrow. You'll see a confirmation that your password has been reset, and you'll be redirected back to my.aquicore.com/login.
That's it! Your password has been reset and you can now log back into Aquicore!
If you feel like changing your password after you've logged in...
You can reset your password at any time by modifying your User Profile page. While in Aquicore, click your user profile at the top right, and then select User Settings.
You'll be taken to your User Profile, and have the option to reset your password. Clicking this button will take you same page outlined in Step 4.
