Individual Meter Alert
The Node is the piece of networking equipment that collects data from your meter and sends it over Bluetooth to your Gateway. If a node ever loses connection, follow these quick four steps to bring it back online.
Step 1: Open up the panel containing your meter and Node.
Step 2: Check that no wires have become disconnected and the Node is plugged in.
Step 3: Check the color of the flashing light on the Node.
-If the light is flashing white is not flashing, push the reset button.
-If the light is flashing any other color or is solid, check the meter.
Step 4: If the panel still is not powered or connection does not restore after thirty minutes, contact Aquicore by emailing support@aquicore.com In your email please be sure to include your building's address, the name of the panel, and the result of any troubleshooting steps you've taken so far.
Gateway Alert
A Gateway panel takes the information from several meters and sends it directly to the Aquicore Platform. If you received several alerts at the same time, you should check your gateway and follow the below troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Open up the panel containing your modem and Gateway.
Step 2: Check that no wires have become disconnected and the node is plugged in.
Step 3: Check the color of the flashing light on the Node.
-If the light is flashing white is not flashing, push the reset button.
-If the light is flashing red, check the Internet cable between the Gateway and the Modem
Step 4: If the panel still is not powered or connection does not restore after thirty minutes, contact Aquicore by emailing support@aquicore.com. In your email please be sure to include your building's address, the name of the panel, and the result of any troubleshooting steps you've taken so far.
