How to Create a Budget

Track your actual utility spending against the amount you've budgeted on a monthly basis by adding your budget to the Aquicore platform.

1. In the top left corner, select the building for which you'd like to enter a budget.

2. In the left-hand navigation, scroll until you reach 'Properties' and select the downward arrow

3. Select the "Budgets" tab.

4. Select the blue "Create" button to add a new budget.

5. Select the year & utility type you'd like to enter a budget for.

6. Enter each month's budgeted dollar amount. *Update the budget name to indicate that this budget is no longer generated. Then lock your budget. If the budget is locked, the budget will not update as new information is ingested.

7. To edit or update an existing budget, simply click on the budget. Unlock the budget, make your changes, re-lock, and hit "Save" again.
