Adjusting your alert thresholds can be necessary whether the seasons are changing or they were previously set too high or low. No fear, it's super easy to adjust your alerting thresholds so that your alerts are more helpful than ever!

Here's how to adjust an existing Usage-Based Alert.

  1. On the Alerts page, under Properties, click on the Alert you'd like to adjust.

  2. Enter the new kW value, and click Save in the upper-right-hand corner. If you wish to adjust any other parameters, you can do so here as well (time frame, alert on, etc.)

  3. Done!

At a minimum, we recommend adjusting your alerts seasonally, but you are welcome to change the upper/lower boundary whenever necessary! If there are any questions on what thresholds may be best for your alert, reach out to your Building Systems Engineer (BSE) or support@aquicore.com!
