1. On the left-hand navigation, scroll until you reach 'Properties'
2. Select the dropdown arrow
3. Select the "Alerts" tab in the Navigation Bar.
* If you want to sign up for specific meter offline alerts skip to step 6*
4. Select "Update Meter Alerts"
5. In order to sign up a user for all offline meter alerts, you should:
Select the "Add Users to All Alerts" Checkbox.
Enter the name of the user(s) that you'd like to receive the alerts.
Select "Update All Offline Alerts"
In this menu, you can also, update the timeout of all your offline meter alerts, update how you want to receive all offline alerts (Text or Email), and remove users from alerts.
6. Sign up for specific offline alerts
Select the "Meter Offline" tab and find the meters you want by searching and click on the meter to bring up the alert settings
7. Offline Alert Settings
Once you are on the alert settings you need to:
Set the alert to active
Choose how you want to be notified - email, text, or both
Type in the name(s) of your alert recipients
Click 'Save' when done.
