When you are viewing your equipment from the table view, the points that load are known as your "Main Points."
You can easily remove or add-back the default points from the three-panel icon in the upper right. See below for an example equipment table for Fan Coil Units.
If you want to display a point that is not in the default list, you can with some simple configuration. Any point that is available on the equipment slide out can be added to the table view.
Note: Points you see in the "For Cx" list or on 3D equipment graphics on the equipment pages cannot be added to the tables in this way. Those points are not modeled in Connect, therefore not available for query.
Identifying the need to configure equipment tables
Noda Energy equipment tables have default points that cover most equipment points lists, however, occasionally equipment may not have the points or an end user may want to display different points. For example, on the lighting zone equipment below, Light Command is not a point that was available from the controllers, so we will want to remove/replace that point. The indicator is that the column is blank.
Next, we'll want to figure out what points we want to display. There are several ways to do this. One way is by looking at the equipment slide out for one of the equips of that type. In this case, we would like to add “Light Status” and “Occupancy Status”.
Now we are ready to move on to configuration.
Opening Noda Settings
To configure the equipment tables by modifying the main points, we'll navigate to "Noda Settings". To open Noda Settings, click the gear in the top right of the screen and choose Settings.
Note: Users must have Org Admin permissions to access Noda Settings.
In settings, navigate to "Equipment".
Modifying configuration
Start by searching for the equipment type, and selecting the equipment. A dialogue will open.
Remove the points that we don’t want to show by clicking the “X” on the point.
Add points you want to show by searching for either the OAP name or OAP code. Then select the point by clicking the checkbox, this will add the point to the list.
Note: The order of columns can also be edited by dragging the bubbles to rearrange the order.
Refresh the page in Noda to see the result of the change.
