  • Peak Shifting - Reduce peak load and shift consumption to earlier parts of the day through automatic precooling

  • Leverage Insights - FDD determines equipment that is functional and qualified for load shedding

  • Configurable load shed sequence - Initiate and control load shed through multiple strategies to reduce monthly peak demand, reduce demand during demand response events, or to reduce energy consumption

  • Customizable For Occupants - Opt-in or out at the zone level, set maximum zone cooling setpoints

  • Equipment Manager - Visualize and manage enrollment of equipment from one widget
